Memory To Low Lower Graphics Enabled

Hi everyone!
Long time player and I am having this issue. As I launch the launcher and load my character as game is loading I get Memory To Low Lower Graphic Enabled etc. I am playing on a new computer and was working fine until today. Now the game freezes because of the error and wont load. Anyway to fix this?
