Also, its more of a destroyer than an escort. Moderate turning, good seating for either tac or engi (not very usable with sci), good hull. It's the ship the mogai should have been.
For someone who is prob not going to see it on tirbble, can someone post a screen of the seating, vital stats and info on the "Focused Singularity Beam"? Any truth to the rumors some hints of the Elite Plasma weapons were added to Tribble?
I like, it looks like a Romulan ships!
Hi, my name is: Elim Garak, Former Cardassian Oppressor
LTS, here since...when did this game launch again?
Okay cryptic I just finished testing Ar'kit tactical warbird. When you actived the annihilation mode you can hear the transformation sound but can't see any animation. So just to ask you guy are there suppose to be animation when you hit the annihilation mode. The focused singularity beam, why does say it consumes 5 singularity power per second when in fact it doesn't do that.
"You ask why we give our ships computer normal emotions. Do you really want a warship incapable of loyalty?"

Ah thanks I guess I missed that one. What about the focused singularity beam which is suppose to drain singularity power while in use. That is currently not working. Could you please have a look at that. Thank you.

Working on getting separate confirmation. It was working fine internally before being pushed to Tribble, so not sure what's going on yet.
Is anyone else experiencing this?

FSB did drain singularity power from my ship.
Customization:
Windows: "None" not functional, Type 1 missing some escape pods at the top.
[lvl 30 model and Romulan 3 material missing, but should be due to claiming the ships from the console]
Graphics bug: with MACO engines the main impulse trails have the blue maco trail but keeps the green romulan one as well. nacelle trails work perfectly.
ship stats are middle of the road warbird, so beter then its patrol or advanced escort peers, plus haveing a BC on top of it.
quads need to be ACC2DAM2, or they are just horrible against a player. cant advanced fleet quads get added?
It feels like there's a definite "push" coming from Cryptic regarding Plasma for PvE but for it to stay out of PvP.
Like in the other conversation on it, to get the 2pc Harness you're looking at 2 non-Acc weapons or 1+console and for the 3pc to get Hyperflux it's definitely 2 non-Acc weapons. To get the +10% Plasma from the 2pc Enhanced Plasma Infusion set (an ability +10% not console +10%), you're once again looking at slotting a non-Acc weapon.
To get the +7.6% (console-like) and the +10% (ability-like), you're looking at slotting 2-3 non-Acc weapons...which is fine in PvE. Heck, go with some Rom Plasma for the Disruptor Proc - toss out the APB, etc, etc, etc...and yeah, it looks pretty spiffy over in PvE where mobs are running HE or the new WCE DOFF, etc, etc, etc.
Wish I had a guy that could test that combination of +Plasma stuff over on Tribble...none of my Roms over there can, my Holo Rom's not an energy guy, and my guy with access to everything's not a Rom.
+10% Plasma damage with the Quad cannons equipped.
Singularity Beam (need to be in Annihilation Mode and be attacking a target/have Singularity charge to fire) specs: http://i.imgur.com/3SKUl3e.jpg -- works with Plasmonic Leech http://i.imgur.com/0oHKuvZ.jpg -- buffed by [Pla] Embassy Consoles and Tac consoles
Here are the specs for the Retrofit. These are from my ship selection window since the ship is not available in the shipyard, so I dont have full data.
Hull: 31.500 [same as Dhelan]
Inertia: 60 [same as T'varo and Mogai]
Crew: 300
TRIBBLE XXXX XX X XX
The BOFF seating has me bothered some but it is slightly less ridiculous than the Dhelan Retrofit so... I do not think its good for the game to have ships running around with 6 different heal abilities and a Cmdr Tac station at the same time but we're already past that.

You can basically do the Tor'Kaht BOFF layout with it...depending on the consoles of the Fleet Ar'kif...if it's +1 Eng, it's basically a nimbler Fleet Tor'Kaht (with less hull, lower shield mod, +turn, +inertia, likely +imp mod, minus an Aft Weapon but with a battle cloak instead of cloak)...
edit: As pointed out, the "basically" part includes switching the Cmdr Eng for Cmdr Tac.

Cmdr Tac seat makes it better than the Fleet Tor'Kaht. Plus the fact that this ship can simply leave the fight whenever it wants to. And you forgot the singularity powers, so it has Singularity Jump and Quantum Absorption on top of the superior handling.

Only reason to fly something else is if you're a sci
Yep, left off the Cmdr Tac for Cmdr Eng part...multiple threads, multiple conversations in game, should have taken my time more and checked that post.
As for the only reason to fly something else...definitely have to disagree on that. There are other Rom boats that folks are definitely going to prefer over this one. But there will also those that prefer this. It provides folks options.
Forces you to run an engi Lt Cmd... making it yet another underpowered... over healing Piece or sillyness.
Honestly for making it more of an escort I think the idea of the uni lt cmd should have been thrown out.
Give it Commander and Lt Cmd tac... with Engi and Sci LT..... and make the ensign Universal.... As odd as it sounds that would in fact make the thing more versatile. lol
If you're team-centric and trust your healer yeah. If you trust them that much, slot the uni as tac and get 4/3/2 with a lone ensign engi--you got a healer right ;D

I tryd this ship with 3xdual cannon quad cannons, and 3 turrents. when firing wepons my wepon energy falls to 80 but in few sec it rises to max, but engine energy drain from quad cannons restores much slower.

How many Cmdr Tac/LCdr Eng are there? The Risian? There's a bunch of Cmdr Tac/LCdr Sci...
It's about overall options, no? Not necessarily about the same options on a bunch of ships...
The Plasma Quads for my Romulan Tac, who is allied with the KDF, sound like the Quad Disruptors. I am going to guess that the sound effects of the Quad Plasma Cannons are dictated by the faction you ally with. Frankly they need to have their own sound and not borrow the sound from one of the other Quad Cannons.
No sense fearing the inevitable. We all die. It is how we face that death that matters!
Doesn't this ship have a similar set up with the Akira Escort carrier, but with out the Carrier slot and with a Battle cloak for the most part?

Basically a difference of the En being Eng or Sci for the BOFF layout.
Which raises the question about where the 10th console will be on the Fleet version.
Both the Ar'kif and Mogai Retros are 4/3/2. The Fleet Mogai goes 4/4/2 - will the Fleet Ar'kif go 4/3/3?
I can see folks wanting the Fleet Patrol BOFF layout - it's a layout I'm fond of myself. But imho, that would kill off various other Rom boats.
Cryptic purposefully builds little imperfections into ships - otherwise why would anybody buy any ship but the one? Even the Fleet Patrol will have issues compared to other vessels - there's no perfect ship - there shouldn't be. Perhaps perfect for certain players, but not perfect in general...eh?
I stand by my opinion.... all these escorts running around with 4-5 Engi or Sci slots is 99% of the issue with escort/warbirds in the game right now.
To much healing junk...
I say give it uni Ensign instead... then you can run it like a defiant or patrol or advanced escort.... I thought this was supposed to be the tactical ship ?
As it is its just another Lt Cmd... Engi/Sci Fail boat.
Sure you can throw another tactical in there and rely on an extend circle jerk but no thanks... if you really want to do that I have a feeling there are much better options.
and no ones yet to point out that there is 3 ships currently-

Fairly close to a Vor'cha, showing the relative size of the new ship:
However, I've noticed two bugs so far...
1.) Plasma Quads sound the same as Phaser Quads
2.) Can't decorate the ship properly (I.e. can't use parts from the 30 version on the 50 version)

Seconded on the plasma quad cannons sounding exactly like the phaser quad cannons.
The console ability would be better if it had a wider range than 90, but I understand why it was designed that way.
