Unable to access support through PWE website

I've requested help for a crash issue, but I can't access the ticket through though the website. When I go to the support tab on the site, or hit the "To access your question..." link in the last email from support:
Firefox throws the error, "The page isn't redirecting properly - Firefox has detected that the server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete."
IE just hangs.
Chrome throws the error, "This webpage has a redirect loop."
All the browsers and Flash appear to be up to date. What else can I try?
