what the hell is going on here? i'm getting unabl to authenticate, game server timeouts, unable to connect to account server messages left and right here. is sto really that screwed up right now that perfectworld can't even tell us that this is a known issue and that they are trying to fix the problem or what? I would really like to know what the hell is going on here so that i can log in and play the game.

I'm a Time Warner Cable IP user so it's not just the Verizon customers. This game is becoming unplayable.

i'm neither verizon or time warner i'm a cableone customer. i mean i don't understand it i had no trouble logging into the game yesterday but today forget it i'm getting error messages left and right.
