It was specifically mentioned that there weren't going to be Rom unlocks, though, and that once it got to ships there would be one for Fed and one for KDF. Only on days that are ship unlocks do the KDF get a freebie; costume days only benefit Feds because true Warriors do not play dress up.

There will be NO ROM SHIPS. This has been stated many many times. Wednesday will be a fighter, probably the Peregrine and To'Duj (only KDF fighter available). Thursday will be a T3 ship for both factions (I'm guessing Thunderchild or Nebula and Dacoit or Phalanx), and Friday will be a low-level T5 ship for both factions. My money's on D'kyr, since that's the only t5 fed ship that doesn't have a retrofit available. I'm hoping they also give out a KDF science vessel like the Varanus, although that has a retrofit, so i'd bet on a Hegh'ta or a Marauder.
Reasoning for no fleet retrofittable versions? They're *technically* worth 3500Z. 2000Z for the ship, plus they reduce the cost of the fleet retro version by 1500Z or a whole lot of EC.
See, I'm definitely looking forward to a new ship. I just more or less finished my Reman set and I'll be done with the Romulan weapons set by the end of the week and I really needed something else to gnaw on. So this week might just be saving me a lot of time.
Free stuff is free. Got two active Feds and one KDF, mostly roaming around with KDF atm. Didn't have teh DS9 uniform. Not complaining. Free stuff is free. :cool:
First of, THANK YOU for the free uniform, i honestly dont use my feddys much any more since the Romulans came out but its free right,
also i think it would be a good idea to have a big "unlocked" sign on the item/s you have already purchased from the C-store as i think it would clear alot of confusion ( of course you always get "those" people to)
i would also like to just add not as a complaint but more of a suggestion for next time but i was also under the impression there would be an unlock for fed and Klingon uniform wise as well ( was very much fingers crossed for the academy uniform stuff its totally bad TRIBBLE) then no one could complain that they were cheated or anything of the sort and considering im always hearing that the KDF player base is negligible your not making much of a loss giving any KDF stuff away lol

Ohh.. I agree. This is the big reason I haven't bought the DS9 uniforms. MOST of the uniforms have weird looking pants. Its a complete failure of textures and form. Even the Oddy uniforms pants looks weird, so I am forced to wear skirts. The textures of wrinkles looks odd.
This is the reason I pick the Jupiter pants often or the "jeans" looking pants.

to all those people that are saying the kdf only have 2 or hardly any outfits go to a taylor, click on create and then the uniform tab - now keep clicking the random button and see how many outfits you can have, most for free or only a little silver (hay the taylor needs to eat ya know) so basicly free:D.

I play a kdf, rom and fed all the same amount, sure it would be nice to get more uniform all round for the first day and something that all can use on the second day but thay have chosen to give away fed only stuff for both days that is their choice.
if you choose to play kdf only or rom only that is your choice you cant whine if you miss out on anything.
at the end of the day they don't have to give anything away for free so we should be happy with what we do get.

The only free stuff they have given away since i been around from in game, not on other websites are duty officers and tribbles. And the uniform they gave away last year, when worf was on at the academy holo deck going nuts.

This program, though reasonably normal at times, seems to have a strong affinity to classes belonging to the Cat 2.0 program. Questerius 2.7 will break down on occasion, resulting in garbage and nonsense messages whenever it occurs. Usually a hard reboot or pulling the plug solves the problem when that happens.

Dreadnought class. Two times the size, three times the speed. Advanced weaponry. Modified for a minimal crew. Unlike most Federation vessels, it's built solely for combat.
No good. I never bought the bundle, and the uniform does not show up in the C store or at the tailor.
It's just a DS9 jacket/shirt. And you didn't need to buy a bundle. It came in a boxset, plus the code has been given away before.
I suggest you check the tailor again.
STO is about my Liberated Borg Federation Captain with his Breen 1st Officer, Jem'Hadar Tactical Officer, Liberated Borg Engineering Officer, Android Ops Officer, Photonic Science Officer, Gorn Science Officer, and Reman Medical Officer jumping into their Jem'Hadar Carrier and flying off to do missions for the new Romulan Empire. But for some players allowing a T5 Connie to be used breaks the canon in the game.
