I have never claimed to be the best player in this. Hell I'm told I suck a lot.
But tonight I was told I am going to get sued and banned for using exploits.

I didn't report these tard bombs in game just going to post it here for public oversight.

I wouldn't pay too much attention to people complaining. It's the way of things, and apparently you really spark people's ire :P

The best way to deal with a situation like this is to report him/her for his/her action (put detailed chat logs in your report for things like this), put him/her on ignore, and consider the matter dropped. While I respect what you are trying to do here OP, a forum post really wasn't necessary and is just a cause of extra "game drama".

FYI sunshine... they reported the problem with it casting heals to OTHERS from cloak. They didn't report logan for cheating. So again your not listening carefully.
You're not listening carefully either. Virus was commenting on the ignorance the person showed in thinking that the B'Rel had a Cloaked Barrage console, which is somewhat amusing. Furthermore, isn't casting heals from cloak working as intended? Hence, it's not a 'problem', nor is it abusing. Therefore, the point was that they were ignorant of that form of behaviour. Doesn't 'abusing' an ability mean cheating, anyways?
How do you know so much about that situation, anyway? Were you there? If you weren't, how can you know if virus was correct in reading the situation or not? How would you know what the person meant?
No your not READING CAREFULLY cause I was there the comment was made about them having a CLOAKED barrage... They were commenting that they were healing others FROM Cloak. So ethier the guy didn't know What the hell they were talking about OR you simple misread.

You know you can heal from cloak, right? EBC? B'rel and T'varo.
And if you were there - then you would have known that I was part of the conversation. You would have seen the discussion on being able to heal from cloak with the B'rel and T'varo...that they blip. You would have seen Logan even checking that you blip while using HE...cause he blipped when he used HE on me...like I blipped when using HE on him.
You would have seen my mentioning that the no-blip heal issue was resolved earlier in the year...etc, etc, etc...if you were there - um, yeah - you would have seen many things.
Now if you were just a friend of the guy that folks were laughing at and heard the story from him, well - you might only have the story you've got.
I mean, you would have known that Logan was in a B'rel...which um, isn't a Scimitar...so um, doesn't have the Cloaked Barrage console. I mean, c'mon...

lol what a crybaby. I guess that guy doesn't know how to prebuff or snoop cloakers.
Use the nebula commander ship console (to snoop), dampening field, polarize hull (when tractored), subspace field modulator, BFI, prebuff other heals.
The biggest strength of these ships is also their biggest weakness, if they can't move they are dead. They have no heals.
This. Hit-and-run BoPs traditionally run rather light on heals. Some, like Thissler, have things set up to where they have high resistances and defense for short periods of time (a goal I hope to reach eventually), enough to enable them to escape and re-cloak. . .but in terms of straight up tanking/healing, that is something BoPs will never be good at. They've been designed to not be good at that, and to be worse at it than full-fledged escorts or destroyers.
For most pilots running a hit-and-run BoP, if you survive their initial attacks and keep up a strong defensive screen, they really can't do much against you, unless someone else hits you with a subnuke at just the right time. Then again, that's teamwork. Against skilled players, my success rate (with success being complete destruction of target) isn't as good as I'd like, and depends entirely on how well I timed my attack and what the target does. . .a lot of times I'll just severely damage the target (taking it to 20% HP or below) and force him to go more onto the defensive. It can make a difference in a team setting.

According to the DEV blog, The Healing of using HE, was suppose to be SELF TARGETING for the Brel while cloaked to help with their LOW hull strength. That why other ships can only throw tac team. (not really heal but I think this is wrong to) If your are cloaked you do not throw any heals cause it should bring you OUT of cloak. Period. Using HE on another ship is what Branflakes said would NEVER HAPPEN. Cause it would allow people to do stealth healing in PVP. The glitch was reported not to get anyone in trouble. I think Logan is a very capable player, and he has earned my respect. The HE allowance was made for the brel to SELF HEAL cause of their FIRE WHILE CLOAKED ability. Which means it should be a target self only. The impact of this ability being used like this is think of a PVP put two capital ships in combat with three science brels, using heals to heal other ships with transpahic loads and sub nuke'ing from cloak. The other team, this is an UNREAL and unfair advantage. for the other 90 of the players who do not have a brel or Tvaro. It has long been the addiction, of the Klingon faction to use the Brel, which has a lower hull strength cause of inherited abilities of firing while cloak. In fact I would say 90-95% of the Klingon populace flies a VERSION of a BoP. I am not saying that there are NO people that fly other ships. And god strike me down in the morning but atleast Tacticus stays away from bops cause it is so OVER USED. Now let me ask why, in the past you klinks have been given quite a few ships and you complaine about not having ships, then why do you all (as a majority) keep using a BoP? You keep choosing the Brel with a lower hull strength cause of it's abilities. here is my thinking. Take a teenager learning to drive.
You show him a sports car that goes 250 MPH. And a SUV, that is fairly okay looking but good breaks and a stronger frame. If the teenager takes off in the sports car making the choice over speed then protection, if he brakes FAIL, due to design, or fault. Then who is responsible. The teen is right? Cause he made the choice. Especially if he knows the facts about both cars. So per example, you guys CHOOSE the brel. You choose the hull strength for a certain reason. most the ability to fire while cloaked, or power sliding it, or that every Bridge officer station it is Universal. God I wish I had that on fed ships, you would NEVER know what you would be facing!!! Ohh look a Sovereign... a tac ship.... Hey what the heck!!! it just used gravity well 3 on me!!! Ohh Hey look a nebula... a science ship.... What the HECK it just used BO 3 with Dem 2 and can see me while cloaked!!!!

I could be wrong but that is harassment after someone ignored them. Then made it a point to keep coming after them as they tried to stay away. Gentlemen. If your looking to give Nixtux a comfort for his hurt feelings, then you go right ahead. But do remember this. If you endorse his actions, then in the real world you might as well have done it yourself.

Which one of you are going to be a man to say that you would let bad things happen to a person? Are you the ones that would not stop an injustice? Then you should be ashamed of yourself. I have never known a nicer person then Diana. I have had the pleasure of meeting her one time in real life. She literally would help anyone. There is no person that has earned my respect more then Diana. Helping people, giving her time and effort, helping players even on her by giving them money, exsplaining their gear to them and how it should work. Even from her real life in the US army is amazing. but you guys never thought about it did you? The person that is fighting for what is right every day. And you would simple try to punish her by supporting someone who made it HIS goal to make them upset no matter what the cost? FOR SHAME ON YOU. I know most of you reading this are now considering some serious things. Yes the truth is this: There is her side. And there is his side. A lot of the actual truth lies in the middle. but I have seen both sides of this. THE TRUTH lies on her side gentlemen. And if you hadn't noticed the man Mr. Nixtux hasn't denied any of the charges of being banned, OR being kicked from his fleet for cheating. So which are YOU going to back.

Andrew is an awesome guy that battles hard everyday and strives to be better, he works harder than most and is not a troll by any case or form. As for the Simitar being OP its how you use it not what lil non experienced fighters think, I actually run into a low percentage of hacks in game, but its obvious when it happens, not when the effort of a kill is diminished by a loser in battle !! Andrew is a great guy he has earned his skills through mass work and effort everyday for a long time !! he was in kerrat dying like the rest of us and he stuck with it learning and adapting to all the players enhancing his skill to a level of respect , and hes 1 of the few warriors that will fight alone if needed and he accepts all challenges hes not afraid to battle and learn , he's got my utmost respect , he doesn't whine unless its actually happening to him and unfair by multiple fighters !! To all the people who have a problem with this , stay in kerrat awhile learn don't complain about somebody else thats put there time in and effort as well !! just to tear them down here, most looser's that have no patience or skill should ever attempt going to kerrat or php zones unless your willing to take the time to become an elitist not a looser who whines about how well others are without hacks bugs and op stuff which we all have access too , Real warriors need nothing but there skill , you all should respect that instead of being a pepeating looser that sounds like there going to quit playing because your not good enough yet , get over it !! nuff said
