Massive bugs for ALL romulan outfits

and i'll repost what we have so far here. but basically just about every single romulan outfit has bugs. i've never seen a game, including this one, have this many clipping issues. I've counted over 50 issues right now including the vet outfits that were just released.

Skirt/shirt clip into each other while running on back.

Massive clipping issues with almost all belts especially:

-Tal Shiar Lieutenant Belt.

Male Romulan Republic chest gear has clipping issues. When my character kneels to eg. execute an ability, the shirt sticks out through the back just under the shoulders.

I've also found many male clothing items to have clipping issues around the waist if you take stomach size below about 1.

Female Fed ally skirt is missing.
TOS uniform color pallete still wont match sash.
TOS skirt clips with most uniforms
Reman skin color can't be changed pale enough to be canon unless on a liberated borg reman boff
KDF allies can where klingon armor tops, shoulderpads, and guantlets but can't use armored collar or spine armor so it looks incomplete ( not sure if bug or intended)

Romulan Klingon 1 and Romulan Klingon 2 both have different color palettes for left/right. Left has the large Klingon palette, right has the small Romulan palette, in both cases.

Mk XII honor guard uniform, on a Romulan female alien (KDF aligned obviously) wearing the Romulan skirt. The honor guard pants and boots are not displayed.

This is not a customized Type-2 or -3 or -4 uniform, but is the default uniform. I simply turned on the armor visuals while wearing the skirt.

If I switch to another uniform that does not have skirt then the honor guard does display the leggings and boots correctly. This problem only appears when wearing one of the skirts.

At first I thought this might be a feature with the skirt, but like I said this is not one of the customizable sets, it is just the default armor with visuals enabled. So not showing the leggins and boot is a bug.

-clips through vet formal shirt while running. no where near as bad as skirt but still clips.

I expect an explanation soon on paid items especially like TOS uniform. The pallete was supposed to be fixed in a previous patch but wasn't, and the clipping issues were ignored. Despite this I still purchased the Romulan TNG uniform day of release to be a loyal customer, I expect the favor returned and a higher priority be placed on this fix.

I've been with the game since it went F2P, bought lifetime, and have spent probably around $1000 in the game between that, the cstore and zen-to-dil. Not once before have i ever felt 'cheated' or that i wasted my money.

Now, i do. The Vet rewards being as bugged as they are is simply no excuse, the TOS uniform still being bugged despite being in the patch notes, no excuse, and 50+ other uniform bugs, simply no excuse. Not even in this game has there ever been this many bugs with uniforms.

I am never one to bad mouth a dev but in this case the people in charge of uniforms for the romulans have truly done a terrible job. They should be ashamed of how many bugs are in their work. I don't want an apology, i don't want blame to be given, or anyone to get fired. Just get the bugs fixed.

Please add this one to the list. Federation-allied Romulans / Borg Liberated Romulans cannot presently wear any of the Federation scarves that existed prior to Legacy of Romulus (Starfleet Academy scarf, the Federation 2012 scarf, etc.) I previously posted about this in this thread. Yet it allows the scarves to be opened/redeemed on FedRoms and FedRomLibBorg). With winter approaching in a few more months, players are going to want to wear these on Romulan/Borg Liberated Romulan characters.

Devs do you see the titles of everyone in this thread, LTS and Legacy pack buyers, not F2P people complaining, these are the people paying the bills, this needs attention immediatley, no excuses. We have been patient but this is getting old.

Sad reality is, I've been bringing up missing body parts on Rom boffs ever since LoR. In fine PWE tradition, it has all been ignored. Wilfully, I have to assume now, as any of these fixes would take 1/1000th of the time it takes to introduce yet another Summer event or broken pet-UI. There's simply no money in fixing stuff.

the money in fixing stuff is not pissing off the people who are willing to give you money. between LTS, 3 3-pack ships, legacy pack, and hundereds more for other ships and items Cryptic/PWE has gotten tons of money off me.

And thats fine, i don't regret it, but I'm damn sure not going to spend another cent if the developers can't even be bothered to spend 5 SECONDS in game testing their work.

There is simply no excuse what-so-ever for the bugs on ANY romulan outfit, from vet rewards, to standard rom rep outfits. This has been in the works for months, you had us testing for a month, and we all reported these bugs to you.

I've NEVER seen a game in my life that has this many bugs, even games like Saint's Row that gives you 20 times the character outfits and customizations that this game has and it doesn't have this many bugs.

If i was the developer in charge of these outfits i would be so ashamed to say that i did that. I would never wan't to claim responsibility for work this buggy, and i don't want that person called out, or punished, i just want them to do their job, what we are paying them for and fix these outfits.

Can someone help me, I bought the Risian Beachcomber outfit for my Romulan character, i opened it, and for some reason, it instead gave me the Explorer outfit.

At first i thought that i had clicked on the wrong thing, so i bought it again, and now it's telling me that i have already bought the Beachcomber outfit, even though i don't. can anyone help me, or at least, tell me how to get in touch with one of STO Admins so i can take it up with them? I've wasted a lot of time getting these, and now they are trying to tell me that i wasted that time because of a bloody bug.

Also, not sure if anyone else has this, or if it has been fixed, but last time i used the Envirosuit, on my Romulan character, it didn't work... the bottom part of the costume was fine, but the top part was invisible, i could see my character from the top-half up... And then when you turned it on, all that happened was her head turned invisible, which was, quite frankly, hilarious... But it's still a bug that needs killing.

I may have misread, but you seem to have missed out the major clipping issues on the Rom/KDF undershirt.

Depending on how you move, the toon's neck and chest just poke through the undershirt. It's a major reward, but the clipping makes it totally unusable for me.

Yesterday's Enterprise chest gear and belt from Temporal Ambassador mission not available for Remans and Reman boffs. It also has clipping issues with most female romulan tops.

And i'll post again because the Patch Notes for today SPECIFICALLY said, and i'll quote:

"Several issues with proper fit of the Romulan Veteran Female Jacket have been resolved."

STILL has clipping issues on the back.

Romulan KDF females can no longer use the KDF armor shoulderpads and they could before. Whats the point in letting them wear the Klingon armor top but not the shoulderpads anymore?

Just another bump. Would at least like to be able to use my vet uniforms i paid $200 for without them clipping all over.

I've seen mods for skyrim made by 10 year olds with less clipping issues.

am also bumping! I want these issues fixed! I also want to be able to wear the new scarf I just baught for 5.5 million ec! Please fix these issues! Rommies can't wear romulan senate robes for god sakes! Yet we can get them but they aren't in tailor.

Honestly i'd be pretty happy to know that they're working on these. Especially the Veteran, cstore, and exchange items that cost lots of money to get.

Hell they haven't even fixed the old accolade and reputation outfit problems from S7, it will probably be a longggggg time before these are truly fixed.
