    While I think the ranking system will be A nice change for the normal and advanced hanger pets I have grave concerns on the Elite pets. The Elite pets are already so powerful by normal standards a bonus to them seems over the top...

    I'm assuming these were probally meant to go out a long time from now but due to the generous actions by certain fleets the time table was pushed up since most of the kdf will have elite hangar pets LOL.

    Wing-specific Carrier Commands can also be accessed from this UI, allowing you send separate Carrier Commands to each hangar, if you have more than one Hangar Bay.

    Might want to change that to Hangar-specific - since some folks think of each launch from a hangar as a wing rather than all launched from a particular hangar as a wing.

    Had to come back and reread it more closely (yes, I rushed to try it out) when it "didn't" work with the single hangar guy...but yeah, it was pretty nifty with the two hangar guy to be able to set separate commands for the two hangars. Will post more feedback in the feedback thread...

    Elite pets are powerful because everytime you spawn one, their abilities and torpedos are refreshed. So if you wanted elite pets to be nerfed, you got your wish.

    You can't spawn them anymore if they're still alive. Add to the fact that they now live longer due to avoiding warp core breaches, their chances of dying so you spawn a fresh batch is evenly lower, further reducing the DPS of anyone who powercycles elite pets. ...not to mention their base damage was nerfed by -4%.

    Seriously guys, when are you going to fix the honor guard armor....?

    I really would like some kind of update on this too. That was a lot of work to find out it we got a messed up costume and I honestly cant even remember any mention of it from a dev since just after the launch of season 7.

    Orbital Strike: Fixed a bug that would prevent this power's reticule effect from playing for Federation and Federation allied Romulan characters.

    are there any plans to fix Kit Switching on Ground(to apply multiple buffs like nanite health monitor)? can't be that people are still having 30 kits in their inventory and switching them all the time to stack buffs...

    Kit swapping is probably not long for this world. We're not sure exactly how we're going to fix it, but it's an unintuitive mechanic that creates a large performance gap between those in the know and those playing the game the intended way.

    Kit swapping is probably not long for this world. We're not sure exactly how we're going to fix it, but it's an unintuitive mechanic that creates a large performance gap between those in the know and those playing the game the intended way.

    This sounds like a good chance to normalize ground and space mechanics.

    soooo the vet ship is a WIP still, no visible transformation when you use the console, and the lotus sorta fires out the nose, well it looked strange. also the skin in the ship store is not available in the customize window. and its listed under escorts, not warbirds in the store, and thus cant use warbird universal consoles. it also has the power levels of an escort, not a warbird, base in 50 to all, yet it has a singularity core equipped, and has singularity powers. honestly, this is a balanced move when you compare the stats of this ship to the mogai, tvaro and dhlean, the vet ship look spoor compared to these ships, especially in the shield mod department. its got a connie refit ship icon, and the weapons tray in the ui thinks its only 2/2 wide, thats likely related.

    ship looks good other wise. speaking of vet ships, the kdf vet ship STILL does not have its sector space nacelle extensions working, after all this time. at this rate the romulan vet ship will be fixed first.

    Please tell me youre still looking into how squishy and buggy the Scimitar is and that thats not the only fix thats coming our way??

    Hi, adjudicatorhawk. Now that leadership is getting fixed, are there any plans to look at the problems with other traits? I've listed some of the problems in the thread below:

    Klingon Academy lore missions are now available to KDF characters starting at level 10, instead of level 21.

    Does this apply to kdf-romulans as well? Just making sure 'cause it hasnt up to now...

    Also since you are tweaking the tailor UI... please move the face choices from the middle section or at least disable them once an "advanced" tab has been selected...

    OI how about answering this question since iv sent 4 tickets and you don't seem to reply

    when you going to fix the bug that says I cant buy elite jem fighter for my jem heavy escort carrer because the game thinks I don't own the jem heavy escort carrer?     Presumably when they can actually figure out what is causing it and fix the code. They're not purposefully ignoring bugs just to spite you. Now settle down Beavis.

    Can you guys please fix the Mark Package reward box stuck in the Overflow bag bug? You can't move it to inventory (inventory full message) or delete it (nothing happens). Thanks!

    I can confirm this. Here's how my Romulan Republic 1 Uniform looks on Holodeck:

    It's my favorite of the new Romulan uniforms, so much so, I've got my Away Team in matching uniforms. You'll note there's no clipping around the jacket's color. Yet, now on Tribble, the same uniform has four very obvious and ugly clipping bits as pictured here (and "circled" in white):

    i agree 100% on this as i am using a recluse and i have a karfi as well this means u can no longer spam heavy plasma from scorps or stack a constant attack pattern from mesh weavers so they gave me a 10% dmg bonus vs a constan 49% damage resist debuff i dont see the trade off on this

    While some of this sounds interesting, I'm not sure how much I will get to see or enjoy because of the constant "SERVER NOT RESPONDING" issues. It's not my computer or internet service - I play SWTOR just fine. I've sent a couple of tickets - no response yet.

    It's really frustrating to get D/C'd, SNR messages....crazy "rubber banding" when trying to complete an ESTF or any mission. It's interesting to note that the server that takes my money for C-store purchases doesn't seem to have any of these problems.

    These problems have been occurring with greater frequency after the last couple of patches. While new content and special events are great, none of it makes any difference if I can't actually play the game (or enjoy it) because of the server issues.

    I bought the Scimitar and have been underwhelmed. It's squishier than an escort, the inertia is as bad as my Vo'Quv and there are only two interior rooms! When I spent $25 on my Odyssey, there was a complete ship interior! A bridge and a Thaleron generator. That's it. Yes, it looks beautiful. Great job on the design and art. Please fix these things.

    1st off, VERY COOL that carriers are finally getting thier UI elements.
    All the extra things like ranking up and docking in recall mode is totally what I'd hoped to see happen. Thanks Cryptic! :D
    [*]All Hangar Craft are now capable of gaining up to 5 Ranks which will improve their performance over time.
    [*]These Ranks are slowly gained based upon the time they spend in combat without dying.
    • Reaching Rank 5 requires a total of 5 minutes of active Combat time.
    Can you expand on this?
    Do a simply launch pets and the timer starts?
    Do "I", the spawning ship, have to be in red alert for the timer to tick away? Or is it based on whether the pet has a target and be shooting at it?
    What about pets in guard mode, do they rank up as they guard a target that is not under attack?

    Can fighters rank up faster if they make a kill?

    [*]Carrier Command : Recall has been improved:
    • Hangar Craft will still disengage from combat and return to their Carrier when put into Recall Mode.
    • After 15 seconds in Recall Mode, all active Hangar Craft will now attempt to dock with their Carrier.

    Though why the 15 sec wait time? Docking animation? 15secs can be a long time in battle. And this is presumably AFTER they've had to travel back to your ship and get in recall 'formation' behind you before timer starts?
    Ok too soon and it'll be a bit exploity, but I'm thinking 10s sounds better.

    Nothing other than the AI update to avoid Warp Core Breaches will apply to these types of craft. The changes detailed in this patch are specifically for Hangar Pets.
    When are we going to see some tray or UI controls for the aforementioned pets? I for one would like to be able to see these specific pets respond to commands to follow formation, instead of falling behind when using full impulse. This is in addition to the issue of activating buffs/abilities when targeting enemies outside of 10 km range, thus putting them on CD by the time they catch up and reach the target (as is the case of the MVAM console pets).

    I understand they shouldn't be affected by the new hanger pet system, flight deck officer abilities, or the inherent bonus of the current hanger pet UI commands, however now that coding exists for pet commands, isn't it possible to apply it in some way to these as well?

    Jumped on trible to test carrier changes, found my ship stations for main ship and shuttle not showing nor and BO powers fidled about a bit and found workaround. go to ship selector change to a old ship and back to current should fix it if anyone else runs into same bug
