I don't know if this is the right place to put this. But I would like to know whatever happened to the safe login option. I don't see it anywhere. If I could use this I would be happy. But as it is I can't even get on my main toon. It gets to 94% then CTD. Trying to use the error report is becoming a big joke because it disappears after 5 seconds. I am at a loss as to what to do. The tech support is basically useless. Replies take days weeks even months for some. I for one am about to outright give up on this game. The service leaves a lot to be desired. Don't get me wrong, I enjoy playing this when it works but when it doesn't forget about it. To me it seems pointless to add new content before working the bugs out of what you already have. Am I the only one who feels this way?
