I have to admit that after all this time I still don't understand what is going on. I can go anywhere on the net but I can't start the game (or stay in it on the chance that I actually do get there).

The short answer is that this is a ISP issue, and you should contact them and ask why they can't establish a path to the STO Servers...

Thanks. I was on my way to the ISP website when the launcher started up. So I ran the tests again...
