My Fix for Launcher Crash!

I got the same Prob like other that my Launcher Crash.
The way i got it fixed to make a new User as a Admin on my Computer and hey it work,Launcher start without any Probs,i patched and get in Game.
Dont ask me why the New user work,i changed nothing the Last days on my Computer.After i start the User Account i get the Mail with the New Security Code from Cryptic to play STO on this Comp. so i guess they kill for some the Security Code and Block the other user to play the Game yesterday when they bring Neverwinter Online and change something on the Login Server.Many other have Same Probs in Neverwinter.
