Account Name Change

Is it possible to change my account name?

I saw in the Subscriber Menu that you can but it does not allow me to, it doesn't even do anything.

HELP!

    Please reach out to customer support for assistance at http://support.perfectworld.com ('Contact Us' tab, 'Customer Support' for the category drop down). If you are not able to reach the support site, please email directly to customerservice@perfectworld.com and put "billing" in the subject line and as many details in the message as possible. Filing a ticket is always the preferred method to contact us as you can ensure your ticket is in the right queue via the category dropdown.

    I've submitted a ticket.

    Unless I can make an account Display Name change request somewhere?
