never seen this before

ok so I open my client today and after entering my password the game began it's patch. after the patch was done my launcher is now stuck at ready on the progress bar and patch in the box that usually reads engage. I have no idea how to fix this which sucks. tried downloading the launcher exe. which was no help at all. if anyone knows how to fix this little problem the help would be much appreciated.
