Basicly the problem is that when I type my username and password, and I hit Login button the launcher crashes.

I tried to put older launcher versions, aswell the newest one. It happened me 2 times, after today's patch and after the previous patch. Thing seems to be normal at the next day.
Okay I figured it out. TeamViewer must be closed in order to launch the launcher. It's probably bad writing on the Launcher.
