How do I contact perfectworld? support website is not working

I submitted a few tickets and they were all telling me to view it on the support site.
However, when I log on to the website and click support or contact us button, no matter how I tried, what I got is :

This page can't be displayed

?Make sure the web address https://support.perfectworld.com is correct.
?Look for the page with your search engine.
?Refresh the page in a few minutes.
?Make sure TLS and SSL protocols are enabled. Go to Tools > Internet Options > Advanced > Settings > Security


So, is it a way to contact perfectworld? phone perhaps?

    I'd try it via mail first.. customerservice@perfectworld.com ..
