On Holo, Hera@Asphe (KDF Liberated Borg Rom) has 4 slots, the last is unusable. Going to Tribble, the last and the 3rd slot is also unusable (probably due to fleets/etc not transferable to Tribble). Created another 4 costumes, the first 5 slots are usable, last 3 are not.
On Holo, Gaea@Asphe (KDF Romulan) has 4 slots, all usable. Going to Tribble, she can no longer use the last slot (similar to the above captain). Created another costume, only the first 2 are now usable.

If there is a fix on Tribble for this issue. It didn't work for these two characters (and in the case of the non-Borg Romulan, it created a problem where it hadn't existed before).
Not a single change after the latest patch. I need a delete costume option or I'll have to delete captains & retransfer for more testing. Naah... I'll chalk to this to one of those things that never seem to get fixed like renaming boff/ships => power tray assignments go nuts or the Exchange 'bucket exploit'. I'll just stop buying costume slots/costumes. The power tray issue pretty much cut my ship buying in half, I certainly don't do any shuttle missions if I can help it. All are minor bugs anyway that don't stop the game/etc, but they sure are ANNOYING.
Who knows?! It might get fixed next year... they did 'fix' the KDF transporter chief. Kinda.
While I don't have that bug, I agree that being able to delete a costume would be a great option and allow us to manage them and enjoy the game even more. It may not be big to some, but I like to do a bit of rp and the costume is a big part for me.
Otherwise, more than the occasional DC and the ending of vendors, etc before the event ends, I enjoy the game immensely.
I created a Tac Orion just the other day and customization has completely bugged out for that toon. I got the usual symptoms reported here, unable to get modifications to outfits 2-5 to take and I then had the ability to create 4 more. But I went one step further than it seems you guys here have and I actually created another outfit. That one (number six of five) works, but now whenever I change the tailor display mode for that captain (list view, small icons, large icons) the game crashes. That's the red flag that'll hopefully get Cryptic more interesting in sorting this **** out.

I spent the time and effort getting my MACO ground set for my Romulan and then went to the tailor and the MACO doesn't show up as an outfit or anywhere that I can tell. I have sent in 3 tickets and no response. Anyone else with this particular issue?

First off, you need to have run the costume unlock project in the reputation system.
Assuming that you have done that, when in the tailor, you want to be on the Head screen, and there will be a drop down list on the top right, listing uniform, off duty and MACO. Select MACO and off you go.
