New Patch won't patch

Not sure what you all were trying to fix but you broke something else. I have tried to patch the new update 5 times and it gets to 54% and stops loses disconnection to server and restarts at 133MB. Is any else having this issue?

    Yup, every time I restart the launcher it seems to take a good five to ten minutes to download StartrekClient.manifest.

    EDIT: As of 10:50AM PST I can't even get the launcher to finish downloading StartrekClient.manifest.
