windows 8 has no download manager

hi played for two years on a computer with windows vista, patching the game never was an issue ( other then time) if the download got interrupted i just restarted it and the windows download manager made sure it continued where it stopped, Windows 8 does not have that feature and my provider is a wireless one so i get interruptions once in a while and i am not able to Patch the 11 gbyte without losing connection and then i have to start fresh, try it for 7 days now, Any help?
