New Romulan Mission Turning Point repeat rewards bug

When you complete Turning Point mission for a 2nd time you get Allegiance Costume Options box and it is puts it into your inventory but can't be opened/used because it says "You may only have one of a unique item" and it also wont let me discard it. Only options it says when you right click on the box is Use Info Cancel.

Their needs to be a way to get rid of it so the box does not take up valuable space.

    I found this thread looking for my issue. Mine doesn't complete. This is the second time it's happened on a separate character, go through the entire mind-numbing mission, at end where you beam back to ship - end up in sector space with the "Begin Turning Point" box on the planet.

    Have to go through it ALL over again. Not pleased. It's a dull gopher mission that are pretty ripe in most MMO's!

    I wouldn't mind if it was a action packed mission but not this go here, go there, go back there go here again rubbish!

    Hmm........The uniform reward for this mission should work much like the "Yesterday's Enterprise Uniform" from the Temporal Ambassador episode. If you replay the episode the "uniform" is no longer listed among the rewards, though you can claim another of the tier 3 Ambassador/Kamarag ship as many times as you want if you no longer have it.

    Edit: When replaying the episode at level 35, the faction specific ground and space equipment was still Mk IV. Seems we can't get higher Mk versions of those items.

    So, in my opinion, There should be no reason to even be able to replay this episode. You can't switch your alliance to the other faction (there is an option in the dialogue on the Flotilla to choose your ally at the end, but the only option there to complete the mission is the faction you already allied yourself with). The rewards don't scale with character level. And it gives you the uniform unlock but it's bugged and puts a box in your inventory you can't get rid of.

    I took this mission again (before reading this thread), so I could replay it and see if the faction equipment was a higher Mk. Well they don't at level 35 they are still Mk IV.

    Anywho, I saw this thread and today decided to just drop the mission so I didn't end up with a uniform box I can't get rid of. Well..........if you take the episode "Turning Point" to replay it.......you can't drop it. You are either stuck with it or have to complete it to get rid of it.

    I completed the episode to get rid of it (and see if those items had a higher MK). Well now I have a freakin' uniform box that I can't discard or use because "you may only have 1 of that item". FFS. :(

    Edit: During closed beta testing I replayed the mission right after I completed it the first time to get the equipment reward again and it didn't have this problem with the uniform going into your inventory. I even waited the half hour cooldown to replay it a third time for more of the equipment reward to put on my bridge officers. Somewhere along the line the darn thing broke. :P

    I have had this issue as well. I submitted a ticket, but for some reason it keeps coming up "Solved" even though there was no answer provided pertaining to the issue. I re-submitted a new ticket, since the old ticket appears bugged as well as the reward pack, lol. It will probably be a week and a half before I get an answer, but if I get anything helpful I'll post it here.

    If I get something not helpful, I might also post it here...

    Anyway, there are also two other threads in progress concerning this issue, I have an and Allegiance Costume Options. So far, it looks like farktoid5000 might be looking into it for us, so keep an eye on the second thread. Here's wishing us all luck :)

    Did you find a workaround to your problem? I cant complete this mission atm. It resets the progress when I beam of Khitomer.
    Any ideas?
