Heavy FPS drop since LoR (closed, necro)

My ring: Phenom 955 x4 @ 3.8ghz - CPU/NB 2400mhz Asus M5A97 EVO Kingston HyperX 2x4gb 1600Mhz CL8 MSI Cyclone R6850 Power OC Edition 1gb @ 920/1150 Before LoR patch i had around 50-60 fps in heavy combat with medium settings at 1920x1080, now i get around 20 fps (Sometimes drop to 10fps..). I tried every posibile grapich…
