I recently bought a gold account, but it says inactive on the Star Trek Online website. While in the manage the subscription site it says it's active. How can this be fixed?
I'm having a similar issue. I upgraded to gold and i received all of the gold membership perks, minus the 500 promotional credits and then after 1 week and 3 days it now shows as 0 days subscribed and inactive even though the money has left Paypal.
I have opened a support ticket but almost 24 hours later the issue is still unresolved

And in a few months, it'll still be unresolved, and probably not even responded to.
