Legacy Pack not showing up?

I bought the Legacy Pack around when it was first announced. I've confirmed that the purchase was completed, and the button to buy it again is greyed out, so I assume it -is- purchased, however; none of the benefits are showing up in-game, Remans are still greyed out, and all the ships still require purchase on the store.

Anyone else having this problem? It's really got me down about LoR.

    Yes I have read in another forum posting there are alot of people, myself included, who purchased the legacy pack, created a romulan, went to c-store, bundles and..... no Legacy there. I have my paypal receipt and forwarded the receipt info by email to Perfect World customer service. They are not answering the phones probably inundated by the sheer number of calls. It has been about 6 hours since my purchase and email receipt.
