launcher opems after game close?

It opens every time my game finishes, and starts to download files.
I have a bandwidth limit, and i can have it downloading the 10 gigs it wants to?
anyone know whats up?
my sto directory is already 16 gigs large.
It got that size with on demand patching disabled, however, i let that download complete, all the way, and i dont every see it anymore which is great,
but what the other 10 gigs it wants to download only after my game closes,
Its also worht mentioning that, I have forogtten to close it before, and it has gotten somewhat far in the download, yet it resets the ending pointless download everytime i play the game

26 gigs is pushing it a little..

This is the Pre patching for the New Legacy of Romulus due for release tomorrow on the 21st of May. I would Advise if your bandwidth allows it to complete it as will make the large patch somewhat faster for when the Update gets released tomorrow as it is pretty big.
