Launcher fails to load

Title pretty much explains it all. Was working fine last night but now I get an error stating that it's unable to establish a connection to the patch server and it's really starting to annoy me.

    I have the exact same problem

    Launcher fails to load once i click the login button
    It was working fine an hour ago,

    been trying to fix it all day. same on NW. what is the deal?

    downloaded multiple fresh .exe's from
    http://files.startrekonline.com/launcher/Star%20Trek%20Online.exe

    but that failed too...

    2 years of launcher probs is what got me and thousands others to move to other games, but since the game is so bloody AWESOME[when works] is what brings us back here again & again.

    when ppl finish other real-life work, sit down to take break, whether daily/weekly/whenever, STO link doesn't work,what else does PWE expect us to do if NOT go elsewhere? increasingly the other working MMO's become more and more appealing. multiply that by the thousands of fans wallets lost seems to me a huge revenue-loss for PWE...

    i too have invested[through zen] in this,do not wanna lose the hours of grinding, will always be a loyal fan of STO, so PLEASE fix this never-ending problem..
