Latency isn't bad. but your throughput is sub-par, as values above 200 KB/Sec are considered acceptable, while most of yours are below this... Appears the connections are suffering from excessive dropped packets along the connection...
And you can't do anything yourself about dropped packets, (nor can Cryptic/PWE) as dropped packets are a ISP/Internet Backbone issue...
according to the viginmedia status page my 20mb connection should be giving good results , only sto is giving me problems . I have tried other games online and not had any problem with lag , not sure what is going on and I would like to play this game but cannot get it to launch
had no issue's until the pre-patch launcher was released , had this sort of problem before as well as loads of other people and cryptic got it sorted but never told us what the problem was . seems to me that the pre-patcher is the problem tbh
