"Critics who say that the optimistic utopia Star Trek depicted is now outmoded forget the cultural context that gave birth to it: Star Trek was not a manifestation of optimism when optimism was easy. We need tales of optimism, of heroes, of courage and goodness now as much as we’ve ever needed them." -Thomas Marrone
For Romulans, in the mission Devil's Choice: Cannot complete mission due to the defeat of all incubators in Incubation Room 3 not being registered in mission journal.

Romulan admirals now have title choices of Subadmiral I and Subadmiral II.
-- These replace Rear Admiral Lower Half and Rear Admiral Upper Half.
Instead of "Subadmiral I" and "Subadmiral II", or perhaps in addition to it, could we get a simple "Subadmiral" title?
Same with "Rear Admiral, Lower Half" and "Rear Admiral, Upper Half". I think there already is a "Rear Admiral" title, which I prefer leaps and bounds above any "upper half" title.
Reason being, we saw plenty of two-pip Rear Admirals, and they never once said "upper half" as far as I can remember.

I am a Romulan Science Officer, allied to the Federation, and I was running the mission solo (with my four Boffs).
The process is mostly... entering the room, fighting past the entrance (it's usually stiff there since it's not all incubators) and once enemy resistance has weakened enough for my whole away team to manage through it's a rather simple task of sweeping through the chamber (incubation room 3) and killing all the incubators in the room.
However, despite having killed all incubators in the room (tabbing for new targets hasn't helped), the mission journal doesn't move on to the next objective (which I surmise is to try freeing 4 more people).
Confirmed devil's choice not progressing. Was consistently able to get to room 3 before, now can't get past room 2 and had it break in room 1 one time.
Fed-Rom tac, unteamed.
I've taken all kinds of precautions to make sure I'm not pushing enemies out of the room, removing knockback weapons and powers and at one poitn even parking my boffs and soloing a room with my splitbeam. Is it possible enemies aren't present to begin with, or that they're killing each other (like those toxic gas drones) and not giving credit?

If they're encountering the same problem I ran into a few times, I think it's possible to kill some of the Incubators through the doorway, but before the objective updates. Probably fixable by moving the point where the objective changes or make the targets invincible until you cross the objective change point.
Until it's fixed, just make sure you don't kill any Incubator before seeing the objective change.
Updated Devil's Choice: Resolved an issue that prevent players from being able to finish the "Kill the Incubators" phase, specifically in rooms 2 and 3.
There are more VOs. I personally find the Tovan VOs super annoying. The writing isnt very "Romulan" to begin with but then the actor doing them makes it even less Romulan. He would be fine for say a Fed Character as would most of the writing.
I would like really like an option to simply turn VOs on or off since it detracts rather than enhances my user experience.
The best part about the level 20+ missions was that Tovan finally shut up.
I find this line of replies sadly hilarious. We put a lot of work into the massive list of fixes/changes above, and ya'll are hung up on the ability to skip our content. =p
Actually for Romulans the proper ranking should be:
Citizen
Uhlan 10
lieutenant 20
centurion 30
subcommander 40
commander 45
Sub Admiral 50
Admiral 60
Romulans are not based off of marine or modern military, but are based off of the Roman Empire and Roman Military.
no commander is the same rank as a starfleet captain the ranks are fine the only thing that is missing is the uhlan only because we start out as a citizen instead and not in the military
I keep seeing the placeholders taken out and nothing put in.
Also, I bugg reported this 3 patches ago and still no fix: The 3 set bonus for the Tholian weapon set says that it lets the set DBB hit additional targets when using beam special attacks, but that's not working right now. . . still

Ummm you can it's on the Audio tab Voices , been there for a long time not a new thing.

You make a excellent point because an Uhlan is romulan military slang for Buck private.
Can't find the option to have the number of seconds remaining on cooldowns display on abilities. I know i can do this on Holo but there is no option on Tribble. I think the cooldown counters display when I'm in space but they were not displaying when I was on ground.
Its really annoying to not be able to tell when I'll be able to use an ability again, beyond a general "its less grey then before" feeling. I could memorize all the cooldown times for all my abilities, then in the middle of combat look at how much grey is left and calculate how long it will be until I can use the ability again. Or you could just put the numbers back and save me a lot of effort, or at least put the option back.

Also, I'm still sometimes getting the "Character Creation failed" when making a Foundry character.

Was just unable to complete Devil's Choice -> Cry Havoc on Room Two. Still said "Eliminate Incubators", though I'd killed them all.
Science career KDF-allied Romulan, no team.
Still can't train FAW 3, CRF3, THY3, DPB3, APO3 or APB3. I have 9's in the skills. Character D'Shain@Protector
Please enable us to buy a token with Zen to faction change a 25th Century FED to a TOS FED.

Cannot complete "Mine Enemy" ground portion where your bridge officer has to stand on the other marker.
I can bring up the rally point marker but it will not set leaving the red ring where your BO should go to.
This is only since the open beta, prior to that i had completed mission several times in closed beta. Force verified all files but still not working
same issue just checked can only train ground skills with my lvl 45 romulan tactical - kdf allied
Thanks
Also question about Conservation of Energy trait
WHAT does it affect...Would LOVE if it affected TR and GW, but i dont think it does due to those dealing KINETIC damage.
