Selecting the Ki'Tang as a template in the ship tailor now actually does something useful.
The Nukara Rifles and Assault weapons will no longer be missing their FX.
Updated level-up progression schedule for Bridge Officer unlocks, Duty Officer unlocks, and access to other game features for all factions.
All promotion and Veteran bonuses that award respec tokens now reward the new type of token recognized by the Skill Retrainers.
The stores for the Chefs and Bartenders on Federation and KDF Starbases are now using the correct store type.
Players wearing EV Suits with certain outfits will find their heads have returned to them.
The Login Queue will no longer display such outlandish and incorrect numbers.
Foundry:
The Foundry editor has been re-enabled.
Changeling NPC Contacts now have more visual variety.
Added visual variety to Klingon TOS NPC Contacts.
Resolved the issue that prevented players from purchasing additional Foundry slots.
Players will no longer receive mission rewards while in preview mode.
The ground Away Team will no longer appear upon previewing Space maps.

Romulans:
Resolved an issue that prevent Romulan captains from being able to train their Bridge Officers new skills.
All Romulan Warbirds have been updated to display the correct starting power levels.
Updated Turnabout: Corrected issue where Engineers clicking on the final console would not have it register as a success, preventing them from finishing the mission.
Updated Devil's Choice: Resolved an issue that prevent players from being able to finish the "Kill the Incubators" phase, specifically in rooms 2 and 3.
Updated Best Defense to show how many waves are to be expected.
Updated many missions to add VO.
A Respec trainer has been added to the Flotilla.
Romulan admirals now have title choices of Subadmiral I and Subadmiral II.
These replace Rear Admiral Lower Half and Rear Admiral Upper Half.
The Romulan promotion missions now reference the correct Romulan ranks, instead of Starfleet ranks.
Romulan Captains can no longer obtain infinite copies of the Romulan Republic Recruitment assignment from New Romulus Command.
Romulans will be able to turn in the Bridge Officer Requisition promotion missions to the Officer Vendor on New Romulus Command.
Systems:
Updated the tooltips and descriptions for Indoctrination Nanites.
The Ferengi Battle Module 3000 Console now benefits from abilities and gear which affect torpedoes.
Updated the Romulan Charged Burst weapons so that their FX display regardless of the player's graphics settings.

Resolved an issue that would sometimes cause the target's shields to stop regenerating.

Resolved an issue that caused players with the Conservation of Energy trait to damage themselves when using plasma energy weapons.
Updated the new Romulan weapons, such as the Piercing Beam Rifle, Repeater Pistol, and Charged Blast Assault, so that they show the proper weapon when they're being fired.
Resolved an issue where Antiproton Weapons were costing too much Dilithium on the Dilithium Store.
UI:
Closing a tutorial tips will now stop the Voice Over.
The two checkboxes for the tip notification settings has been combined into a single checkbox.
Turning off tutorial tip notifications will now also turn off the Voice Overs.
Note, if you have previously turned off tutorial tips, you will need to manually retoggle the notification settings.

Unequippable Civilian Duty Officers will now display a generic icon for their specialization.
The default Away Team member now displays as Bekk or Uhlan, depending on the player's faction, instead of always displaying as Security.
Resolved an issue where deleting a chat tab through the chat configuration window would not correctly refresh the list of tabs.
Resolved an issue where the list of chat windows and tabs would not scroll for very large lists of chat tabs.
The size of the ship chooser window has been increased.
Ship hanger bay slots will no longer overlap the buttons.

The confirmation box for reputation power choices now correctly specifies that reputation powers can be reset with a reputation respec token, available from the C-Store, instead of saying that they cannot be changed.
Bridge Officer powers from an officer not currently on the ground with your captain will no longer appear in the player's power tray.
Known Issues
The player's ship is temporarily missing from the Character Select screen.
Apparently it was being detailed when they took the photo.
The Foundry Available Missions list is currently not displaying any results.
So no more headless MACO CUrzon then.
Nice to see (still think MkXII omega gear should count as an EV suit even if they don't give bonuses against environmental dangers.

Yeah a generic Subadmiral title would be nice, "Subadmiral I" and "Subadmiral II" seems very... out of character.
Though going Commander>Wing Commander>Subadmiral>Vice Admiral would be a better idea, and you can keep using the "Congratulations Commander" VO you have for Wing Commander.

there being 2 different admiral ranks for only 10 levels has never made sense. why not go from commander to sub admiral to vice admiral? eliminate the v1 and v2, for fed and kdf as well

Next rank in Starfleet is Admiral, then its Fleet Admiral ... what you propose would make Romulans having Fleet Admirals when Starfleet would have Admirals ... then what?
Romulans should have Admiral and then Fleet Commander since it would be mirroring the Vulcan ranks and also since it was on a deleted scene from Nemesis.
Commander is equivalent to Captain, so Fleet Commander would be equivalent to Fleet Captain.

How about we rename the Subadmiral ranks to Polygon_side1_titlename and Polygon_side2_titlename.

When you have KDF allied rom you can only develop phasers in the R&D department i thought it would be disruptors since the rom is allied to the KDF not the federation.
For Romulans, in the mission Devil's Choice: Cannot complete mission due to the defeat of all incubators in Incubation Room 3 not being registered in mission journal.

I had a tough time getting into the Foundry. Had to create a test character since the old one got wiped and it kept getting hung up on "retrieving character data" or something like that. It would time out and boot me to login. I got in once finally and forgot about that bug where character creation will fail if you don't just go with the default options. So I had to try 3-4 more times before it finally got back in and worked.
But it's all good. I'm in now and testing.
Edit: spoke too soon, got disconnected when trying to create a new mission
This means that if a Federation-allied Romulan obtains a Federation Boff, he can commission it and have it join his crew, but he cannot use it to teach his existing bridge officers a power such as Beam Overload 3.
Considering that opportunities to obtain good romulan/reman bridge officers are few and far between, adressing this before launch would be ideal.
How about fixing the audio under surround sound? I hope there is a fix in the works for that. Too many places have clicking in the audio only when surround sound is enabled.
