Also, when you email them, let them know you are experiencing the redirect issue and they can resolve it manually for you.

Seems like a rather big percentage. Also, your support doesn't answer emails, my guess is that if there is a reply at all it is likely made in that unreachable support site despite stating in my message that I can't access it. And what is the deal with ingame support tickets disappearing on Holodeck and not working at all on Tribble?
