If Cryptic won't take this seriously (and it's clear they aren't) maybe the consumer should take it up with PWE and get them to put a boot up Cryptic's TRIBBLE? Then again if PWE care's about their business they should be making heads roll already.
Strange but all theses crashs come since Neverwinter open beta is online.......... I am not a life time sub on sto to suffer neverwinter online problems....
tell "the team" they need to do a better job if this keeps happening...

Well I guess I go back to watching CNN, OH WAIT, I don't have Internet connection......yeah RIIIIGHT. Getting real close to leaving ALL your games, considering your mess ups are affecting and effecting all your games. Definitely regretting the Lifetime membership I purchased.
Second time this happened during an stf for me. We should be given some fleet marks, romulan marks, omega marks, and some dilithium to help make up for this as I would have passed both STFs if it wasn't for crash so deserve the reward or some compensation.

just finished trying to question an elachi on nimbus III just before the crash. would be interesting to learn the rest of that Hakeev plot he has built up and its conclusion in the FE later on in order to understand how it all happened, including slamek.
although i found one thing bugged me more then anything in the storyline, when you go back to home to the ruined settlement as charva asks to try prove a terrorist plot, if you play as kdf and encounter starfleet people, they are not that ignorant and drone on about your being terrorists, they would investigate the situation considering what they were expecting. if your a fed and encounter the kdf its fine because its honorable combat as its an occupational hazard to the service of the empire.

I think Starfleet Dental should be assigned to Cryptic's HQ on May 21-st, there are going to be many fires to put out when the servers explode at launch! :P
Neverwinter is not the cause this week, it's the start of the Open Beta for LoR - Neverwinter Open Beta has been running all week, without any huge crashes like we ran into last weekend and are running into this weekend.
This is actually a good sign for LoR, since it's popular enough to destabilize the shared resources that they're using.

I would also pleed for some extra servers... and maybe some programmers who know what they are doing for a change
