So I cannot connect to patch server. When I click support at perfect world it gives me an endless redirect loop so I am unable to contact them through this and help would be appreciated. I've already tried restarting my computer.
I've got the same issue, and yes the support link returns a redirect loop.
I read the posts, pages and pages. and even after loads of people responded to the requests for complete details tracerouts, pings, etc, still no answer other than the "heres where to update the launcher, dont worry, the webpage providing it updates it automatically" Personally? i think its a hardware issue, the last 4 updates for server maintainance have produced absolutely no positive results, in fact the problem is getting worse, and i daresay from the places people are hailing from, it's only gonna get worse. Those of you with no problems out there? That may change, so please write, call, etc to get them to say SOMETHING (not lame, but substantive)

So the main site at http://sto.perfectworld.com still reports server status as up.
We all know this to not be true.
I'm guessing that since this outage is affecting all games that they are just too busy fire fighting to be bothered with updating the status. :mad:
And, of course, it figures that this happens on the last day of the CC event so those of us who haven't collected enough Crystal Shards are just SOL. :mad:
