Romulan mark purchase error

I recently accidentally bought a Romulan Mk XII purple deflector from the rep store when i actually meant to buy the Reman equivalent to complete my Reman set. While i know that this is my own fault, would there be any chance of swapping it or getting a refund on my marks? Romulan marks arent the easiest to come by after all. Surely it would be a simple solution?

I have written a ticket for this and i also wrote a ticket for something else 3 weeks ago related to my account and still had no reply. As a lifetime subscriber and zen buyer, i would feel very let down with not even getting a reply to any of my issues.

I purchased Dual Cannons and not Heavies a while back and while this set me back around 80k dil. It was my own fault, there is a cancel button for rep stuff on tribble. If you've already purchased it, there's nothing they can do to "switch" you out. If they did, they'd have to listen to everyone who wanted to change their gear.

Replies from support are few and far between in this game. I've yet to see replies from several of my own issues. More recently the random CTD when zoning into any social hub or even my own bridge.

I wouldn't hold my breath and wait for PWE to reply. You'll most likely get the ''Sorry, we cant help you'' response anyways. As they will see it as your own fault and they got alot of issues lately they're looking through.
