Faces flicker white/black after NVidia Driver Update

I updated my NVidia GTX 560 driver to ver 314.22. (Win7) Now I'm getting all exposed skin on characters on my viewscreen and in Starbases flickering white/black 1-2 times per second. I can do space battles with no problem but ground battles are going to be degraded by this. Anyone have any ideas on what settings might be causing this or is it a known bug in the game? Numerous Google Searches didn't turn up any answers.
