2 accounts crashing now.

Don't know whats going on but now both my accounts crash.Give me an error and have to log out of PC and back in to even open up the launcher.Have done everything these forums have told me to try and nothing.I know it is NOT my PC.Have been in this game for well over a year and with PWI for over 5 years.Not had a problem with any other game on PWI.Please fix this as it is becoming a chronic problem.
