I discovered this upon trying to use my CTRL key to use the walk function, which is what I mapped it to, so that'd be CTRL+A to strafe walk left. Found out that that combination along with CTRL+Q and CTRL+Z don't work with whatever is mapped to them if CTRL is held down first.
Then I realized they were newly-mapped to the new need/greed/pass shortcuts, so I unmapped those and attempted to try again. Still won't allow any other function in regards to CTRL+Q/A/Z.
I submitted a bug report ticket before I figured out the latter half but don't recall the ID number. Regardless, it's a bit inaccurate now, so I thought I'd post this here for now instead.
I have no desire to use those keymapped shortcuts and if I'm given the *appearance* of being able to remove them as keymaps then I should be allowed to remap them however I please.

Yea... my KDF Orion can't turn left anymore when I walk now thanks to that. Managed to remap the walk to Alt on my characters, but for some reason even with the same keybinds as my feds, my Orion can't turn left while walking. Forward and right work just fine, but left... even with walk set as Alt... no left turn.
Previous keybind: CTRL+W for walk then A for turn left.
Current keybind: ALT+W for walk.
I had a thread about this before, but then discovered the conflict with the new keybinds.
I can't take it anymore! Could everyone just chill out for two seconds before something CRAZY happens again?!

My biggest concern is that we can't remap CTRL+Q/A/Z to anything else, despite having the apparent option to. I was considering remapping the walk function to ALT as well, but if that doesn't work similarly, that's peculiar.
As far as walking itself goes, it works fine if you just use the "/walk 1" command to activate it, then break out of it with a sprint or just do "/walk 0" at least.
I definitely would like this bug to be looked at, assuming it's a bug since it's those three (I guess four or more now with ALT?) shortcuts that can't be remapped even though they're available to be cleared or rebound in the keymaps.
EDIT: Ah, no, ALT works fine for walking in my case, I have it set for walk to *JUST* be ALT and not a combination, that way all I have to do is hold it down and press another key to move for it to walk in that direction, which sounds different from how rattler2 has it. Got a bit confused there, still sounds like a peculiar issue.
Still would like to be able to use CTRL+Q/A/Z for something else, though >_<
I have Walk remapped to Alt, as I hit the same problem, but mine seems to be working fine. It's not as comfortable of course, but at least it works for me.
