server not responding

This the only message I get every time I log into the game. I start playing and a few minutes into the game "server not responding" boot to log in screen. All other internet related websites load without any problems so I know its not on my end.

The same thing has been happening to me a lot lately. I can't play for more than a few minutes without the "server not responding" message appearing. I usually get disconnected from the server and then log back in only to have the same thing happen again. It makes it so I can't play anymore. I would love to take part in that crystalline catastrophe event, but I don't see how I can at the moment with me getting disconnected every few minutes. My other MMO games seem to work fine so I don't think it's something wrong with my connection. I'm connected to a Wi-Fi network with a consistently good signal strength. I'm not way computer savvy, but does anyone have any ideas of what I could do? Thanks!

Like the rest of us you can get stuffed and wait for a patch to come out like the rest of us. I have been waiting only a month or so. This problem seems to have gone on for many months by the information I have read on these forums.

I say that because that's how we have been treated. Innocently here in the forums with no communication from the dictatorship the game owners are running. They are probly in love with North Korea and their antics due to their lack of initiative in communicating anything here. But I bet if we do to them what south korea apparently does to the north they would behave as badly as north korea would to south toward me.

Im just saying what is factual. So don't expect them to help you in any genuine way. You are not important infact YOU as we are a waste of their time to communicate too.

I just sit and wait. I bet I will have many more months of waiting maybe when the game is over it will be fixed. Funny thing I have downloaded a bunch of free games from steam and 80% have something wrong with them. One is even not receiving any more updates yet steam still provide the game for playing. Why the hell!! This world is going bananas for games and providing meaningful games to play seems to be nearly impossible. In the case of sto you can bet your bottom dollar the fix is of no real concern. People have left because of the lack of communication so I herald that the fix is not happening nor will it.

Finally got my system to work after 2 weeks. here is the weird thing I did.

1. After Downloading and re-installing the game.
2. Move all your files from the old location (If the Files that worked were in another location.
3. Patch and Verify files on Holoeck
WAIT DON'T LOG-ON YET
3. Patch and Verify files on Tribble
4. Log-in to Tribble
CHECK OUT THE AWESOME NEW LOG-IN SCREENS.
5. Log-Out of Tribble
6. Log-in to Holodeck
7. And Your back in the Game.

I'm not sure what happened, but the game seems to be working for me again now. It still cuts out every now and then, but I can usually play for a good while without any problems.
