trying to get some one on the phone so i can make a payment! or what number do i use!

    Billing questions should be submitted via a billing ticket at support.perfectworld.com or via direct email: customerservice@perfectworld.com. Filing the ticket instead of emailing will get your ticket into the correct queue faster.
