Okay, I just did the math myself, and it seems to add up, accounting for the ships, playable species, Nemesis costume, and keys. Titles, the doff pack, and liberated Reman are probably thrown in there as a bonus, otherwise it would be an extra ~$10.
So that would mean all countries are charged the same. But while most EU countries have a VAT that is between 20 and 25% my country only charges 8%.

That all adds up to $179.75, and I might be off $1.25 somewhere to get to $181.00
STO is about my Liberated Borg Federation Captain with his Breen 1st Officer, Jem'Hadar Tactical Officer, Liberated Borg Engineering Officer, Android Ops Officer, Photonic Science Officer, Gorn Science Officer, and Reman Medical Officer jumping into their Jem'Hadar Carrier and flying off to do missions for the new Romulan Empire. But for some players allowing a T5 Connie to be used breaks the canon in the game.
I'm wondering if the T'Liss (TOS) BoP skin will be able to be used on the T'Varo T5 retro. Please say yes This honestly might be a dealbreaker for me if it isn't.
As I don't use Keys, ever, I'm guessing the Starter Pack will work best for me. I'll just buy the other ships and items as I need them.

Well the T'Varo comes with a Slow moving Plasma torpedo...I hope it's Red.

Yeah, sadly that doesn't matter. It's a flat rate for non EU companies to provide services to EU residents. My country doesn't even use the Euro, but because we're a part of the EU we have to pay in Euros and at the higher tax rate. It's not PWEs fault, it's EU legislation.
Join date is wrong, I've actually been around since STO Beta.

yea thats true and sad
but some kind of "here's the EU version with prices in EU" would have been nice.
I wont buy them because I dont use credit cards online.I will use steam wallet (they could sell these on steam) to buy them one by one in c store...pitty Ill miss the doffs and liberated borgs thou.
I guess you just worked out how much the titles cost then
*Shakes fist at titles* Seeeelaaaaaaaaa!

Im sure Lifetimers get these things legacy unlocked.
It has nothing to do with LTS or Gold or Silver. It's just like buying any other Ships/Uniforms in the C-Store. You can go into the C-Store tab in-game and collect them as you need them.

I was absolutely prepared to pass on this and just get what I could through the store(s) as money was available... but... but... there's the "Rihannsu" title.
Almost a repeat of the preorder LTS. My answer.....I'll wait until I know more about the items. There are too many questions I have and really I'm just not prepared to hand over that amount of cash when we could have a repeat of the KDF faction.
Cryptic's reputation has preceded them in this case and as a consequence I'm not going to rush to throw money at them.
Why do people think that the legacy pack should include a lifetime membership? I paid 169.00 for my lifetime membership before launch and I now just paid for the legacy pack as well. What people should be asking is "Why is this pack not cheaper for lifetime members?", as we have supported the game with the purchase of lifetime membership (this is just a rhetorical question, I am happy with my purchases). It is unfair to think that every pack that comes out from STO should include a free lifetime membership or perks that are gained by being a lifetime member.
We paid for our perks, so if you want them, I think the best answer is to buy a lifetime membership, as it is truly worth it!

You can keep the titles, master keys, tier 1-4 ships.
I will buy Doff Packs, bridge officers, costume pieces and tier 5 ships as i need them.
Just tell us:
Will Lifetime subscribers be able to play as Liberated Romulan/Reman Borg? This is the most important question for all the lifetime subscribers i know in game. The second most important question is: Will the Liberated Romulan/Reman Borg be playable FROM LAUNCH DAY because it would be really...not good...if it was added later after launch.
We want to start our LoR expierience with the character we want to play through the new content from the beginning and not with another toon while all we do is waiting for the Liberated Borg Romulan/Reman and thinking "damn, i have to play everything again when it is added, but i already know all the new missions". This would be a huge lowering of fun.

Do LTS members get C-Store ships cheaper? Nope. Do LTS members get C-Store races cheaper? Nope. Do LTS members get Doff Packs cheaper? Nope.
The pack is just a bundle of C-Store items. If you buy the bundle you get the items cheaper then you would if you buy them individually. So buy it all bundled together now for $125.00 or buy it individually later for $181.00. Your choice.

This.
I'm not Cryptic's biggest fan, in fact I'd probably be described as a habitual basher, but this bundle (lack of details notwithstanding) is on paper a very good deal for those who know they're going all in as Romulans.
It was a rhetorical question sir, I was just making a point about lifetime membership and how people thought this new pack should have it Thanks for the reply, however

Don't be. Being a life-time subscriber will probably give you the Liberated Borg Romulan (perhaps named Borg Augmented Romulan, since the Tal Shiar's been plugging operatives into alcoves on purpose) but nothing beyond that, nor should it.
Most of the ships in the starter pack will probably make their way onto the C-store quite soon, if not on day one. Same for the Boff and race unlock. Now if you're going to go full-on Romulan, because you always wanted to, and expect you'll be buying stuff for them at the same rate people like me do Fed-side, the package, while costly, will save you money in the long run when your self-discipline gives out.
We don't get C-store ships with the LTS, except for the VA token, so maybe, just maybe, you'll get to pick one of three of those ships in the big pack at VA rank, but that would be it.
As for the conversion to Euroes... It's been a while since I paid for something here. (Pre-PWE, quite a lot actually. I'm just still not comfortable dropping my creditcard into this new hornets' nest.) But the last time I did, VAT was added post-purchase, and not included in the listing price. Will need someone who does trust PWE to confirm or refute whether that's still true.
Are the Romulan ships, purchased by the Legacy Pack, available to ALL Romual/Reman characters created on a single account? Similar to C-Store purchases being available to ALL faction specific characters on one account.
Are the Romulan ships, purchased by the Legacy Pack, available to ALL Romual/Reman characters created on a single account? Similar to C-Store purchases being available to ALL faction specific characters on one account.
Yes, just like any other C-Store ship, all the items are account unlocks for that Faction.

Fighter: $5.00
T1: $5.00
T2: $7.50
T3: $10.00
T4: $15.00
4@T5: $80.00
That's $122.50 in ships.
Playable Reman: $6.00
Account-wide Liberated Reman Boff: $10.00
Doff Pack: $2.00

Maybe is Lifetime Subscribers got this for free, or discounted in the least...
After all, we've put money into the game to pull our weight around here.

If so, they need to rethink that exchange rate.
I believe it's also a CE item, but yes.
