Account linking problem

I tried to link this account with my old Cryptic account. I during the linking I was told that my old account has been linked already to a PWE account.
"The account you are trying to link is already linked to a different account."

I can log into Cryptic's page using the username and pass. I can log into the STO launcher, just to be redirected to link my account. The have the same message that my account is linked already.

Any idea how to resolve this? Wrote a ticket 2 days ago. No effect.

    It sounds like your Cryptic account is linked but using a different PWE account, or this PWE account has already been marked that you did not have a Cryptic account in the past. If you're able to log in with the old Cryptic account and it takes you through the linking flow, it's most likely not linked. You can either try linking a new PWE account (register for a new one here and then sign into the launcher with that new account and follow the prompts to link the Cryptic account: https://register.perfectworld.com/register) or wait for customer service to respond to your ticket -- tickets are answered in the order received. Hope this helps :)
