Chances are that only so few complaints have been raised, that the manpower/time/money needed to fix the problem is not worth making you happy by fixing...
get 10 or 20 more to complain, and theres a chance... untill then, don't count on a fix anytime soon.

many tickets no response. This is a serious issue. I dont want to wait till nov 2013 for a fix.
Well to get my bug fixed it required several phone calls to the billing department complaining and finally an official complaint to the better business bureau.
Good luck with that... I made a similar complaint but it didn't get resolved... however, look on the BBB website and see the number of complaints PW has... and PW's response? still waiting...
