    I get this error message:

    Unable to establish connection to Patch Server. Please check your internet connection. If problem persist, please contact Technical Support.

    When is it supposed to be fully functional?

    For all this hassle today, we should all be given 1000 zen, or whichever equivilantly. Entice us to buy more, with something to start us off. Seriously...

    They took the servers down for testing yesterday for several hours so they've had plenty of time, I think it's understandable that people are getting a little annoyed when they're now almost an hour over their deadline. If they needed three hours, they should have said three hours.

    i think i found one man that also agree's that they have to restor the launcher

    Notice there is no time given, thus:

    1. They have no idea how long it will take to fix this issue.
    2. They do not know what might be the cause of the problem.
    3. They haven't the foggiest idea how to rectify the problem.

    you forget:

    4. Many players try to help
    5. The DEV Team is working hard on this (i am sure)^^

    Hello Captains!

    While Holodeck is down for maintenance this morning, we're going to be running a few tests that may affect your connection to the launcher. If you would like to help, please try connecting to the launcher as often as you'd like. If you notice any issue, please report about it in this thread and include a tracert for launcher.startrekonline.com and accounts.crypticstudios.com (instructions on this process is here).

    Our ETA for completion is at the same time Holodeck maintenance is complete. These tests will provide important information to our Engineers and external routing vendor so we can help put a solution in place to ensure outages like those that happened earlier in the week are much less likely to happen. Thanks for your help and understanding! Engage!

    Cheers,

    Brandon =/\=

    If you read clearly... and I believe I have. They are <TESTING> something for a vendor they work with. They in fact mention an "External Routing" vendor, so it's likely just data-mining for that vendor.

    The only problem I have with this is that they picked a MUCH ANTICIPATED date to do this and not the quick-patch they did on Monday... but then again the vendor may have asked after Monday for this information. Regardless, they probably could have timed this test better.
