I am beginning to think that by top engineers, they mean railroad engineers imported from the 18th century, and made to wear top hats and type convincingly into notepad files.

I've only been playing for a few weeks here. Should I assume not all of the servers have come back online yet post outage? I sure hope that's what's going on.
Just because there's a high queue doesn't mean Cryptic was ill-prepared. They probably anticipated a small queue (which from a devs point having a small, quickly moving queue is actually pretty good) but had no idea there'd be a 10,000 + queue. This is the first time I've seen ANY queue and I only subbed last night.

a game that is over 3 years old, should not have a queue at all. expecially at the launch of an expansion.. this sh*t should have been forseen.. they know how many people have accts. they know how many people log on in the usual fashion when they realease new content..

Made it through the queue, was logged in for about 9.3 seconds, only to be disconnected, and now I'm in queue again.
Ridiculous.
