I hear you mj. The Klingons and Romulans get 2 T6 ships each, but the Feds get 5! I guess the Klinks and Roms just aren't important enough for the devs to care. (Incidentally I'm off to b*tch about yet another series of SnR disconnects, which only seem to happen during Winter and Summer events.)
