patch launcher is a piece

man i dont really know whats going on with perfect world but they r anything from perfect i mean **** my launcher will not launch again this now is 5 times in just the last 6 months. i have had to find and download a new launcher this is getting ridiculas guys please fix these launcher errors im getting tired of having to download the same files every month or so lol

    I cannot log in currently, getting launcher is being updated cannot contact server errors, this is while I am in contact with my fleet on mumble and looking at our fleets website, proving I have a working internet connection... so whats the deal... why will the launcher now not see the internet. firewall checked, router checked... nothing blocking the exe.....

    so whats the deal ?
