Why couldn't you fix the problem with Mountain Pass. THe mission isn't completeable, it's bugged and fubared as many have discovered. WHen is it going to be fixed? Sometime soon or never?

Seriously bugged, yes. But it definitely can be completed, albeit with workarounds. I was able to complete it twice without issue.

Either give the Fleet Sovy something more to make worth being a T5 (don't matter if its an increase to hull points, shield mod, or turn rate) or bring the Fleet Sovy down to T3 (I would have said make them the same Tier, but then someone might get the idea to put the Fleet Excelsior in T5).

Fleet ships aren't put in Tiers depending on their stats. Before Season 6 came out, devs said that the intention is to simply offer more possibilities, not deliver even better and better ships when reaching a higher tier.
A nice example is the Fleet Intrepid. It's also a Tier 5 ship. Compare with Tier 2 Fleet Recon sci ship.

STOP IT NOW!!! I am so sick of you guys putting assult cruiser captains at the end!!! Put the excelsior Class at tier 5 not the sovereign! Cause the Retrofit Sovereign you gave us wasn't a sovereign... It was a Excelsior for the most part with a sovereign skin with poor turnign rate compatred to the normal ship. I quickly DROPPED the Retrofit adn went back to my regular sovereign! I sent multiple tickets on that it needed to be fixed! Your base modifier makes that RETROFIT turn slower then the sovereign and it not worth the trade in turn rate to Simply get a Tier 3 Tac ability. Hell I can't even get a response from devs about someone stealing from a fleet and that group in a fleet together so they make Money. So why should I exspect you guys to care about What the PLAYERS want. I even got them so bold to tell me, AND I QUOTE: @centerprize "They won't ban me cause I spend money with them." So do I. and Many others. Cryptic I understand you work for PW. But we support you. And we understand content. BUT!!! I want things fixed not so much more content. What do we have to do get your attention. You guys won't do anything about the fleet Federation Council who openly ROBS other fleets. And that openly endorse it. So where is the caring for your customers on that?!? If I get nothing else but a ban from chat on here, I do think you owe it to us for you to atleast look into the problems!

The Fleet Regent does need some more, because there is barely any difference between it and the standard Regent. I would suggest they make the Ensign Slot Universal and increase the shields and maybe increase her turn rate by .5.

^^^ This is the right idea. Heck I'd advocate the original regent needs the universal ensign slot.
Fleet versions of T5 ships dont get a different BO layout and they shouldn't anyway, they get a extra console slot and 10% more hull and shield

Yes -- all the "worthless" ensign slots on those ships, the Defiant, the Intrepid, the Excelsior, the Galaxy and the Sovereign (regent) should be universal in the fleet versions. They were the the "Hero" ships and as such should be worth flying.

Was trying to copy accross a second klink, so maybe that was the problem. Will try copying a fed across and see if that works. Thanks for the info.
Edit: tried it and it worked for a fed, so I'll delete my klink toon and re-copy it

Preach it sister! There was a thread I started over in the general discussion forum about the insult that is placing the Fleet Assault Cruiser at tier 5. It got over 2000 views and 45+ posts in 24 hours. Obviously, we're not the only ones that feel this way. Please, Cryptic, change this before it goes live.
There are also a lot of great compromises in that thread, including a tier 3 / tier 5 split option. Seriously, take a look at that.
Also, going off the points above...if this does go through, people are going to get seriously robbed by unethical fleets offering to sell the Tier 5 AC and then "taking the money and running." This does not bode well.
Is there any word on what's going on with the people who are having the graphic issues or if that's going to get fixed?
I would definitely like to know the answer to this also. AA above 2x is busted on AMD hardware, low resolution textures appearing everywhere, JamJamz clearly isn't upto fixing the missing/black textures appearing on ships, the same applies to tacofangs with maps that have these issues, and clearly Cryptic doesn't have a competent DX11 coder on staff at all!
The build you saw that on yesterday was the same build that's on Holodeck. So if the Vesta has the slots on Holodeck and not Tribble, it's a problem with your copied character. Probably because you didn't actually purchase the ship on Tribble.

One question about the Fleet Excelsior... to get the reduced FM cost do you have to have bought the Low level one or does this also work for the Admiral refit? there are two different ones in the c-store, and as the refit was more expensive I would HOPE you apply that ship to get the reduced fleet module costs on the fleet variant.

Not always. The Fleet Patrol Escort has an Ensign Universal slot, where the regular Patrol Escort has an Ensign Engineering slot. I think it's the only one, unless you count the Odyssey from the Fleet shipyard.

This player wants his fleet Excelsior, and doesn't really care for getting a Sovvy at all. And so do most of the people in my fleet.
To each their own, but speak for yourself. I won't bemoan others getting what they want, learn to do the same. You'd be telling us to stop complaining if the situation was reversed. I do, however, agree that the turn rate should be better!
I also must agree that the B'Rel would benefit much more from an extra tac console
