keybind command changes?

Prior to season 7, I was able to bind tray abilities to the mousewheel using /bind Wheelplus and /bind Wheelminus.

Since season 7, I seem no longer able to do this. Been playing like this for years, and have no intention of relearning to ride a bike.

If they've changed, what is the current /bind command for the mousewheel?

    not the only one that went poof
    i used to (key word use to) have "numpadenter" bound to walk, now i hit numpadenter (one on the right side of the keyboard) and it opens up chat, it didn't do this before season 7 so what gives
