Launcher crashe

Greetings,
the game's launcher was working well until 2 ago when it started crashing everytime i try to run it, i tried a complete remove and reinstall but it didn't help the problem remains, i have ie8 which working realy fine. Here is the errors generated in logs file
121124 08:10:20 1 [1] ESC : Unable to embed browser frame: CoCreateInstance() IID_IWebBrowser2 failed: Classe non enregistr?e\r\n
