Big Launcher issue

Yesterday, the launcher worked just fine, but today it's not even co-operating... :mad:

What happens is that I press the STO launcher icon, it comes up and then states "Loading, Please Wait..." And then I get a White 404 page stating "This program can not display the webpage"

What the hell?? I want to play, not having a useless launcher that won't start itself properly... :mad:

FIX this ASAP Cryptic. :mad:

    i have made at least two or three posts over the course of last week, on this subject and it is frustrating that nothing has been done to return the launcher to full reliability again
