Patching resets after 84%

So since yesterday I've been trying to patch the game. It was working more or less fine, but now it seems there are 70 MB left and every time i get to 84 % it stucks. And resets. And then again and again. Tried reseting manually, tried disabling Firewall, antivirus, tried with different launcher. Any suggestions / explanations anyone? Please?
