Chat server down?

Is anyone having sudden chat issues? nothing is coming up for me and I can't say anything
No mail either

    I very nearly relogged to see if it would clear. Now I daren't.

    SFA and ESD are also inaccessible.

    Check the other 3 threads in other forums about this.

    Not only is Chat/Email Server is down, Doff assignments aren't getting processed. My UI show several assignments in the 'finishing' state for over 12 hours, and not getting processed into the 'completed' state...
