Severe game breaking lag that started about 30 mins ago

Playing from South Wales in the UK using talktalk as my isp.

Nettest gave these results (on the 3rd try, other 2 attempts both caused the program to lock up on port 7255)

Used ipconfig /release followed by /renew before using these tests. Logged back into the game to find the same horrific lag. Lagging to the point where even chat was unusable.

To clarify, on demand patching is OFF. Not using any proxies.

Lag came back approximately 20:40 hours. I was DC'd and now I cannot connect, even these forums are very slow. Here's another tracert (failed twice at the last step, and once on top of that failed to resolve)
